EMMY-WINNING PRODUCER
TELLING YOUR STORY

Let me throw my superpower behind your mission.
For 25+ years, I made impactful journalism across formats,
for VICE News, CNN, ABC, HBO, and more. I've made complex topics accessible and compelling; reached minds and hearts with words and pictures. (And picked up a few awards along the way.)
I now work with purpose-driven organizations and leaders to craft
clear messaging - from strategic short-form documentary content
to effective media appearances and ongoing counsel.
Because everyone loves a good story.
My signature offering: Compelling audience-targeted doc-style assets. These aren't infomercials - but character-driven, journalistic, VICE News-style immersive stories that change minds.
A value-conscious approach means a client's investment yields not just one deliverable, but a library of communications assets - from feature-length to social media cuts.
Customized hands-on intensives for mission-driven leaders in high-stakes environments. I don't pull punches in
these sessions, but speak frankly and
let my instinct lead.
We'll dive into scientific data and explore what journalists need, to sharpen message-clarity and delivery. On-camera drills with real-time feedback get the messaging locked down tight.
You have something important to say. Whether you're an NGO moving donors, a new brand telling your origin story, or a litigator earning jury focus and trust, I can help you shape and deliver that message
with impact.
I work with clients on single high-stakes moments or as an ongoing strategic partner.

In an industry where news breaks fast and personalities run strong, I got a 25-year crash course in message focus and agility.
I’ve worked with legacy organizations like CNN and ABC News, made “true crime” for Court TV and Investigation Discovery,
and helped launch groundbreaking news magazine
VICE News Tonight on HBO; the most Emmy-nominated
nightly newscast for our entire 7-year run.
From breaking news to investigative documentaries,
and a digital series that earned Peabody, George Polk,
and GLAAD recognition, I’ve touched important stories
and been deeply humbled by those who agreed to share them.
But there came a time to return to my first love: advocacy.
My desire to make an impact started in my native Sweden - marching against nukes and racism, and working with nonprofits in my teens. Eventually, the craft of journalism became the obvious way to combine my curiosity about the world
with the mission to change it for the better.
And the moment my feet first hit a New York City sidewalk,
I knew there was no better base for that work.
I cut my journalistic teeth covering the U.S. justice system. With a front row seat to nearly 200 courtroom dramas, I learned about human nature and the tools of persuasion; watched masterful advocates connect with the jury box and the public; and interviewed killers, jurors, and the grieving.
Every assignment since has built on that: Understanding how our minds work, and how to craft narratives accordingly.
I now use that knowledge to tell stories of a different kind:
helping mission-driven organizations and leaders
cut through the noise and land the message.
